"The guys were polite and courteous. When they arrived they told me that my bonus room was two rooms bc it was more than 400 square feet and the same for my kitchen. So I had to pay double for the two rooms I wanted cleaned. The carpet cleaning was good but most of the stains from my kids using the room did not come out so it was a bit disappointing. The tile and grout cleaning in the kitchen was great on the tile but made little to no difference in the grout. I don’t think I would do this again as I didn’t gain much."
"Bob and Paul were highly professional in timeliness and appearance. They both took care in ensuring all my requirements were met and also protected our furnishings too. Their approach to cleaning was 4 fold with cleaner, deodorizer, protector and disinfectant applied. I couldn’t be more please with their service. I highly recommend them to all. Notice the rubber blocks under our lazy boy chair to protect from moisture damage. Amazing!!"
"This is the second time using Stanley, and it was disappointing considering we moved almost everything out of all the rooms prior to the visit to make it easier on them. However, the workers did not seem like they wanted to be there and were reluctant to move any furniture without asking them to. After the cleaning, we noticed that they did not move a closet end table and a piece of furniture in the living room. We were also charged extra for them to clean the closet area. I really wanted everything that could be moved cleaned under. In the beginning, we discussed what could not be moved, and that was only a large elliptical, the bedroom dresser, and the bed, which is understandable. Of the areas that were cleaned, the quality of the cleaning was very good and I am satisfied with that. But overall, the visit felt very impersonal and was disappointing due to the entire carpet not being cleaned as agreed upon up front."
"They were very informative and the field manager gave me a lot of information about what they were doing with the carpet cleaning. They also shared with me about the process of cleaning out the air ducts. They answered all my questions and were professional. They finished 5 rooms in less than an hour and a half. At the end, they made sure to walk me through the rooms to make sure I was pleased with the work. I would absolutely call them again for any of my flooring cleaning needs."
