"Called at 8am, had Roy (HVAC Technician) come out in a couple of hours, immediately diagnosed the problem (refrigerant leak). He went out of his way to see if the unit was under warranty. I couldn't find my homeowner's paperwork that had the HVAC system information but he even called to see if my system was registered and luckily enough it was under warranty, saving us likely $1,000. Ordered the parts and will be here soon. Roy topped us off with the refrigerant and I couldn't be more happy with the level of service. Problem identified, solution was made all under an hour.
