"We've been here for just shy of two years and we intend on renewing our lease. Maintenance and office staff get a 15/10 in my book because the response time is just so quick. If you fill out a maintenance form they're usually knocking on the door in less than 2 hours. The first time we renewed, our rent went down almost $100 which was amazing. This year it's going up a tiny bit but it's still less than we started. I didn't even know rent *could* go down in this economy! We haven't had any issues with neighbors or loud noises, but maybe we also just have realistic expectations of what living in an apartment is lol. Lots of people walk their dogs and sometimes the dogs mess around in our bushes but that really doesn't affect us enough to care. The big garbage bins are emptied M/W/Fr and it only gets really full around the holidays. There are decorating competitions around Halloween and Christmas, which is just fun. Winners get money taken off rent! Overall we haven't seen or heard of anybody getting into trouble for having little decorations in front of their doors. My only gripe is the parking rules. Guests have to park in designated spaces after 8pm or they get a ticket. Sometimes guest parking is full and they have to walk a good ways to our apartment. I do appreciate that I always have a place at my apartment to park at, it's just annoying for when we do actually want guests over. That's literally my only complaint though, so it's not worth docking a star. We've been happy living here and we will continue to stay!"

"Great place to start, or in my case reunite, a family. Pool is really nice and they send updates in email and and politely stick paper updates in the crack of your door. Staff is really caring. Downside, people don't tend to pick up their dogs feces. Other than that, great place!"

"The staff and maintenance people are 13/10. They’re so quick, efficient, and courteous. The apartment itself is pretty nice. It’s an apartment so don’t expect a “house”. Every time I have an issue with something, I call the office and they have it resolved."

"First I will start by saying I'm not really an apartment type and I hate the close quarters living. We could constantly hear our neighbors above us. I don't think they were overly noisy, but rather poorly insulated units. I will totally second the opinions of another reviewer, when it comes to the over abundance of roaches, ants, etc. Management will tell you they'll spray whenever you need them too, good luck. The maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. You have a garbage disposal, but they give you a list of things not to put down it. The list is essentially everything and anything, rendering it completely useless. Management is pretty friendly, but I do agree with the opinions of other reviewers to an extent. They certainly don't make breaking your lease for true valid reasons easy. I guess I understand that to an extent, business isn't a charity, just make sure you have a clause in your lease prior to signing."
