"When I looked at the apartment before I moved in there were these dirty brown stains in the tub. I asked the person who showed me would this be fixed and he said yes. However, that wasn’t the case when I moved in. I put in a maintenance request and they marked it as completed but nobody ever showed. Yes! I do think it’s hard water stains that they never got to on time, but I also feel like they should have made it more presentable. And yes I have tried everything to clean it out and nothing worked."

"They take forever to respond to an email or get back in touch with a tenant, maintenance isn’t the best to have in your place when you aren’t there, and the outer appearance of the apartment is awful. Some simple pressure washing would make the building look 100% better especially at Parkwood Apartments. Overall, it doesn’t seem like they really care. The took over from Pritchett Moore and now it’s impossible to contact people when you need to."

"My daughter and two of her friends leased a place from Beeker this past school year. Upon moving in we found the place to be completely dirty. We spent at least a couple of hours cleaning it. The railing on the stairs was completely broken in a spot which was a fall hazard. The protective rubber on the stairway was loose in spots which created a slipping hazard. Those two weren't even the worst issue to be found. Apparently they had all of the downstairs windows replaced prior to them moving in. While cleaning the window ledges it was discovered that none of the windows were locked. In fact when we tried to lock them we were unable to do so due to them being installed incorrectly or installed unevenly. So we improvised for the time being and utilized broom stick handles to secure the windows for the time being. There were also other issues, but these were most of the big ones. We made phone calls to address the issues that we found, and we were assured that they were going to be handled promptly. One week later we returned to find most of the issues fixed. The railing had been repaired with some type of glue, and the rubber on the stairs was repaired with glue also. The one main issue being the windows was still not fixed. I was pretty upset with this and made a phone call and was told that it would be handled immediately. Not sure if the owner of the company has a daughter(s) but I wonder how they would feel in that situation? A week later the issue was fixed. All in all it was a decent place to stay for the girls, and they never had any issues outside of those that I mentioned. The grounds of the property were always a jungle. I believe that the only time they cut the grass or trimmed the bushes were when they were advertising space available. When we moved out we left the place in a lot better shape then we found it. Cleaned it just as good as the day we moved into it.The only thing I could ask in that situation is that if you're going to put a mandatory cleaning fee of $125 in the agreement is that you at least hold up your end of the bargain and make sure it's in a clean manner for your new tenants. Would I suggest this company to people that are on the lookout for a place to lease? Yes I would, but I would also warn them of the things that we encountered. No place is going to be perfect. Especially in a college town. However the safety issues like the windows, stairs, and the railing not being handled before turning the keys over to new tenants definitely leaves one to wonder if the owner is more concerned about having money in their pockets over having good business ethics. It's very easy to have both."

"Beeker properties is one the best apartment agencies I've done business with! Trey helped put a roof over me and my son's heads and for that I'm grateful! I've been living in the Bridge Apartments since September and since I've been here my experience has been great! They make sure the environment is clean and quiet! Whenever I put a request in it's usually handled within 24 hours. From my experience I would highly recommend Beeker Properties they have plenty of affordable and comfy rentals which you can be proud to call HOME! "I’ve been here a year. At first our building was managed by Druid City & it wasn’t the best. Now that Beeker Properties manages us, this experience has been perfect. I love Trey . He always answers when I call. Maintenance is always perfect when they come out. I most def have to renew my lease"
