Snappy's Express Wash

"With all the drive-thru car wash services popping up in the Columbus and Phenix City area, when you find a good one it's a must to post. Snappy's in Phenix City is by far the best one. Chris and Max cleaned my front grill which was covered in road trip bugs. It was nearly detail quality. These guys are awesome! Why go somewhere else where you will likely have to "clean" after the wash or before. Snappy's is definitely my new spot!"

"I came through a few times and paid for the wash. Was asked to sign up for a membership to save money. I didn’t bite the first 10 times which was a mistake because I finally signed up and now I can wash unlimited for a very great price. And save a ton of money. My vehicle comes out the cleanest I’ve ever seen it through an express wash. Cameron was very helpful and explained the membership to me down to a T and he was very respectful and kind. You can tell this place is managed well, and is maintained amazingly as I see other employees cleaning the lot and stocking towels and I see this every time I come through. Another good thing is, I always see the same faces when I come in, which tells me I am getting the same service every time. I never see a bug on my car. After it comes out, and I appreciate the guys brushing the front in the back before I go in Down the street side what’s the point keep doing the good work you guys. I will be a lifetime as long as this wash is here."

"Brought my muddy truck in, and the guy his name was Cameron took the time to pressure wash my fenders by himself, he brushed it front and back by him self and he did wonderful. I asked for an extra air freshener and he gave me 3! Wonderful customer service, amazing vacuums! I’ll definitely be back! You can tell this place is well managed and that’s nice to know in this small community. Keep it up!"

"My car was scratched and the window was damaged and scratched while at this facility and they are claiming it didn’t happen there. They say it is a at Will car wash. Now I can barely see out my window due to the damage they will not fix. My window was perfect before going in: the picture below was right after. It was also dents of cracks in the window. Update: he’s blocked me from replying but the Dents of damage , the scratches on the exterior on the window and the scratch on the black frame all appeared after the wash. My car was brand new and I washed my car there twice. Week since you all opened"
