"Bad attitude and rudeness at check in and out. My mom had to have foot surgery twice because it wasn't done correctly. You have to go from one end of town to the other . Never see the doctor just the assistant after the surgery. Any God forbid you get to get FMLA papers filled out correctly. I hope I never have to deal with these people again"
"Was seen by Dr Chitwood 22 Jan for pain in thumbs. X-rays showed arthritis. I tried to share some of my history and abuse if my hands but was cut off by his reply " arthritis is not caused from lifestye but is GENETIC". Sorry but I think all the ink from his sleeve tattoos have to affected his brain. That is about as intelligent if a remark as his...lousy attitude and patient report."
"I feel like my after knee replacement pain is not being taken seriously. I just want to be out of excruciating pain and I don’t feel it’s being taken seriously! I can’t sleep more than 3 hours a night if I’m lucky , 2 months post op and my knee feels worse and still live in pain daily. And all I get are excuses no real answers oh could be 3-4 months now , or probably a lifetime unless I go to a real doctor"
"I never do reviews, but I am writing this review due to Dr. Maddox & his team. I have never loved a doctor so much. Before & after surgery he never stopped caring. He is so sympathetic with his patients & makes sure everything is done correctly before ending any process! He never makes you feel like a bother. He takes his time with you & makes sure the CORRECT thing is done before it’s even done. After you feel like family. I can never thank Dr. Maddox & his team for all they did for me & continue to do through the healing process. I am forever thankful for them!!"
"I wondered why I could hear every other patients personal business all around my room then Dr. Alford came in my room and then I realized he leaves the door open. Was told I had arthritis in my foot and told what kind of shoe I need and to go to "Love to Run" store for them. After a rushed visit I ended by repeating the type of shoe I needed to verify and the doctor said "hold on a moment." I heard him in the hallway telling a nurse, I'm guessing, all of my business. Then he proceeded to leave me in the room!!! A nurse came about 10 minutes later and asked if I was waiting on anything. All I could do was laugh. It really was a joke. Don't recommend at all."
