"Don't go to this place. They changed the wrong tire. I went back the next day and they knew who i was but refused to fix their mistake. I'm on social security and disability and I don't have a lot of money, so that really hurt me because my car wasn't safe to drive. I had had the rear wheel bearings and hubs fixed and my mechanic gave me back part of what i paid him to make sure i stopped on the way home and got a new one. Don't go to Hernandez tires on moffet rd. They are crooks. They took my good tire and sold it to someone else. I was broke but scrounged up $40 and tire city in Theodore hooked me up."
"Stole and sold my old tires !!!!DO NOT SHOP HERE"
"They put a bumb tire on my car and when I took it back 2 days later they only wanted to patch it. I didn't pay $60 for a patched tire! After several minutes of arguing they finally replaced my tire and told me my warranty was voided!! Over inflated all my tires (suppose to be 35psi and every one of them are well above 40 psi) and did not put any of the caps back on my valve. Also they told me that they didn't except cards it's cash only. I'm not going to help them with their IRS fraud. I'm not a happy customer and from now on I will go the extra miles and fight the traffic to L & M"
