"Brought my nephew in for a haircut. Haircut isn’t the issue. Came out good really good my issue is with the woman (Rachel) doing nails. She came out and with an attitude and started yelling at my son and niece. She then went back into her room and started talking very rudely about the kids to the customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And if you have a problem with the kids you talk to me not to them."
