"As soon as she started to cut my hair she didn’t even spray water to make it easier. She didn’t even use the hair clippers AT ALL. Every time a customer would walk in she would look at them and just stare while she was still cutting my hair. I have her easy instructions on what I wanted and everytime I told her how I wanted it and what I wanted fixed she would tell me “I don’t understand what you mean” but yet she went to Paul Mitchell, which is an EXPENSIVE and GREAT SCHOOL, but yet this is what I get. Completely messed my hair up."
