"Very nice old building, but all the buildings on both sides and across the street and for blocks around all have every window busted out, and homeless people were sleeping in every nook and cranny for blocks around after all the rain and storms this morning. All the parking meters were disabled and half were ripped out of the ground, so no revenue from parking is even collected, besides somebody would have to actually go around and collect the money from the parking meters. Very, very dangerous part of Birmingham, and I have only had to go there 2 times in the last 5 years for a meeting, and I hope I NEVER EVER HAVE TO GO BACK!!! ITS A MODERN DAY GHETTO!!!"
