"I worked with Dr. Defalco, and she was amazing!! I felt heard and wasn't rushed, which is a big deal for me. She was also very informative. The receptionist Mary Ann (sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong) was also nice & helpful. The only negative for me is that there aren't any separate offices for each client, which was a first for me (I've been to different chiropractors in a few states), but I quickly adjusted. I'm definitely looking forward to working with them in the future."

"Lied to and scammed out of $180. My husband went in for an injury last month as a new patient. The doctor insisted that his specific issue would needs weeks of treatment with multiple visits per week and told him to sing up for a subscription service because it would be the best option since he needed SO many visits. So he was told he would pay for the initial visit and $80 on top of that for the month, and every month after that unless he canceled prior to the renewal date. Well he only needed 1 visit. So we had payed for the month and were out $80. Whatever at least the treatment was successful and we didn't need to go back to them again. When he went in to cancel and they told him he wasn't allowed to. That the contract they had him sign stated he wasn't allowed to cancel until he had payed for 2 months!!! So now they are going to charge us for another month. We explained everything to them about what we were told and they still said they would not allow him to cancel. We are now out over $180 for 1 visit because we trusted their physicians and staff. Read the contract carefully if you do decide to go here because after looking it over more deeply it's obvious they set this up in this way to scam people out of their money. You even sign your right to dispute unauthorized debit/credit card transactions away. Do not trust them on anything regarding billing and if they say you need months worth of visits maybe try getting a second opinion first. **As always my name is under alias so I cannot be harrased by companies to remove my honest reviews**"
