"The technician that came was very nice and did clean my carpet. Overall I would not recommend this service though, as I feel as though it was dishonest and not worth the money paid. - Their online estimator is what you use to book an appointment. I used this and the price seemed reasonable for me for the amount of cleaning (a single 8x10 area rug) so I went ahead and booked. After looking at the rug, the technician quoted me services in 3 tiers, the cheapest of which was $120 more than my quote was online. I told him I wouldn't have booked at that price and that I would pay X amount, max. He performed the cleaning at my stated price, but it was still $30 more than I was quoted online. The whole exchange seemed dishonest, when ultimately he performed the services for less than he original stated he would. I'm not out here trying to haggle when I've already had a quote at the time of booking. - I would have been satisfied paying that amount had the are rug looked better, but it still looks dingy. There is an obvious brighter spot in the center of the rug where the table has been placed (no foot traffic.) If the technician believed he couldn't get the rug back to it's original cream color I wish he would have stated that before we agreed on the expensive price tag. - The treatment left a soapy, white residue all over my dark hardwood floors so I had to clear out the rug and mop my whole living room after the technician left. Maybe I had too high expectations, but the bait and switch in particular left a bad taste in my mouth."
