"I can't tell you how irresponsible this business is. I carried a blanket to have it cleaned. It was a keepsake item given to me by my son many years ago. I dropped it off with instructions to clean it, not wash it as I could have done that at home. When I went to pick it up they had thrown it in the washer with other items and laundered it. The pile on the inside of the blanket was matted and covered in dark lint from the washing. The inside of The blanket was a cream color faux fur and very plush. Now it is matted down and looksvhorrible. The manager said she would do what it takes to make it right since I refused to pick it up in this condition. She called me a week later and told me she had now dry cleaned the blanket and brushed it. I went back and picked it up and it isn't any better than it was the first time I went to get it. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone that has things to be cleaned to use them. They are a basic cleaner that should be used only for cleaning uniforms. They don't have the skill to care for cherished items ."

"Worst experience! I took two dresses to this place a month ago. The request was to make a wedding dress, the girl that was to do the job said she would have it in two weeks. Unfortunately, I was the one that had to call to receive updates on my dress. I was repeatedly told that she would need more time, and more time etc. Finally two days before my wedding I reached out to her inquiring about the status and we told her that we would be there in two hours if she would have it ready. I was told yes and when we went there, nothing additional had been done to the dress since the previous time I had seen it. They then proceeded to tell me we can take it but they still wanted to charge me full price, it was a horrible ordeal!! I would not trust them to clean or alter anything. I have sat there waiting one time for her to finish the seam she was working (and had been working on for weeks, supposedly) and there were several customers coming in to pick up items they had been waiting on for days and the items still were not done!! There were even several that drove off from the drive thru because they had not been waited on for 10 mins. It was a horrible experience that created so much stress before my wedding for me and my mother. We received no apologies for the lack of time or the lack of communication. We told them we would give them a reasonable amount for the little work that had been done and they proceeded to tell us to speak to them with more respect!! We left with no dress and didn't pay a cent!!! Thankfully we found something else and it's so much better than I could imagine, no thanks to this horrible experience!"
