"Baldwin Farms is a very well kept property and is very appealing. Management gets back to me when needed, and maintenance is super nice and takes care of any issues pretty quick."
"There are some sketchy people living here. A lot of drinking and profanity laced music all day and well into the night at the pool so not very child friendly. My wifes car was damaged TWICE by our upstairs neighbors and the management and local police did nothing. My unit as well as several others flooded and because I was in a year lease I was stuck there. Black mold from the flooding. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The only reason residents leave shining reviews here is so they can get perks. I've included a photo of the water coming up over the floor slab in my unit. I had to keep my small children here until we could finally get out. These people are the worst. Stay away."
"We’ve been here for 10 months now, and Baldwin Farms has the best Maintenance crew (shout out Ray) with quick response and solutions, and this apartment complex has the best neighbors, too. The leasing office is swift with updates within the complex and always friendly and there when you have questions."
"Love these apartments. Staff is very friendly and helpful when ever you need anything. The maintenance team is quick and efficient anytime I have needed anything. They make sure our issue is resolved and follows up as well. The price is really great and has tons of amenities.
