"For the past three years before I moved the current management has refused to fix or replace stuff in a timely manner; a few years ago they made you start making residents use online requests for maintenance, which is not a problem if they would fix the stuff they say they're gonna fix or replace. To give you an example: we had requested help seven times for the AC because it was getting unbearably hot in the house; they said they would help, but they have repeatedly lied. Another example of this would be the dishwasher which was neither fixed nor replaced, an old oven that they Ms ann said we should be grateful that we're getting in the first place. Would not recommend under current management."
"I grew up there in apartment 40. It holds many good memories for me, I could tell you a thousand stories of growing up here too. The rain on the sidewalk, riding my scooter from my apt to the dumpster and back. Running around in the grass and rolling in the white little weeds. Balancing on the wooden pegs on the hill and pretending im in a circus. every now and then when we are in robertsdale we swing by and drive around the complex to see how it's changed. Things are a little different but the memories remain. I plan to move back here after college."

"They never answer the phones. They never fix maintenance issues. I lived there for 2 years and the property manager was very rude as well. We were paying 850 a month while everyone else that had the same unit paid under 700. Do not recommend."
