“It's time to get back to the Whitehorse Inn! We hadn't been for several years, but today I was lucky enough to win a free meal on their recently introduced Thursday Steak Night on Facebook. I had a 250gm Rump cooked medium. I find rump can be hit or miss, but mine was tender & really tasty. Served with chips & a simple but good side salad, & a separate pepper sauce (choice of several) it was a very satisfying meal. The service was very friendly & efficient. The tables were well spread for those worried about Covid. For $18, you'll now find me there regularly on a Thursday night.”

“It had been a year or so since I had been to this shop but have always loved it. I recently came here after exploring some other fish shops in the area but was deeply dissapointed and didn't have a good experience at them. However, the lovely lady at Fish Haven here was excellent. Right from the get go as we entered she greeted us spoke to us made us feel welcome. She also made sure we were aware of the back room and let us know shes here if we needed help. I had many questions about some plants which she fully answered and helped me in many ways and helped fix my confusion on it all. I will be returning in a hurry to this shop as I enjoyed it that much. This has now become my go to fish shop I'd recommend to anyone.”

“This Sara Harb person had exceptional taste in medicine. I asked for something which was bitter with a sweet undertone which would cut through the aftertaste and she referred me to something called a butter menthol. This was absolutely wonderful. It was sweet and extremely tasty. It was juicy, medium-rare just the way i like it and not too firm and chewy. Will definitely be coming back. The place is an institution.”
