“my favourite store to shop at when I feel poor af. You can basically find anything here that you need. Except food. Perfect for people who need cheap kitchen appliances and bathroom things. I usually always buy a screen protector from here. This store is basically therapy for me. Nice employees.”

“The lady on the door was the most lovely person whom i could have stayed for hours and chatted with. We probably chatted with her for a good 20 minutes at the time which all stemed from her acknowledging that we were leaving empty handed so I explained why and it went on from there. I didn't catch her name sadly, but in all honesty she deserves reckon for her customer service she's an asset. It's nice to see warm and genuinely kind people actually caring and noticed customers, quite often customer service these days is hard to find as employees are too busy socialising between themselves to even acknowledge that you're in their presence and treat you like a nuisance when you ask them a legitimate question.”

Staff member checked other stores for us and found one left at Edwardstown. We went there immediatelyan found it! Amazing! “Absolutely fantastic customer service from the teamwt Footlocker Elizabeth. I had an issue with a pair of Nike shoes I purchased in January, went back in to see if anything could be done. To be honest I thought it would be a battle to get anything but the manager KoKo and the young sales assistant (sorry I didn’t note his name) were absolutely brilliant, looked at the issue, could see it was a manufacturer defect and exchanged them for a new pair! I was so impressed with the service that I purchased another pair while I was there. Thanks team and I’ll be back again 100%.”

“Bought snow clothing items from Anaconda. They know their stuff!!! Advising what gear is right for the weather and how to use it properly I.e. the more expensive stuff is great if you are going to spend lots of time in the snow. The cheaper versions are suitable for a short time only.”

“This place honestly deserves 10 stars but Google only lets you give it five, unfortunately. I went into Foot Locker Rundle Mall yesterday afternoon to purchase a pair of shoes that were out of stock at my nearest Foot Locker. I was greeted by Holly and Kerryn who were some of the most lovely, approachable sales people ever! I showed them the exact shoe I was after and within no more than 2 minutes I was trying them on. Kerryn helped me with my purchase, grabbing the size I was after from the back of the store and assisting me sizing them. We also had a lovely chat which I won't forget as often you don't receive such personal treatment like that in many if any other places. Overall, I would completely recommend Foot Locker Rundle Mall and thank you to Kerryn in particular, you are truly a star!!”

“Visited store on Saturday - 11.03.2023 5 star for everything - went there to return faulty pump. I was told at the entrance and at the service desk that they will not be able to assist as I had no receipt. Store manager/ manager on duty said the same. I requested if I could speak with her directly as the purchase was done cash so I was not able to recall when I purchased this pump. After listening to me manager explained the policy but then decided to go an extra mile and searched all transactions for that item. Luckily she found one and assisted me to get a replacement. My son was really happy and so was I. I just wanted to say big thanks for an exceptional customer service. I understand the store policy and also understand that this may not occur all the time. But really happy with her efforts and obviously with the outcome. Keep up the good work. Thanks again”
