“We had a silverline 2022. The bed that moves in and out had come off the tracks. We were desperate as this is our home for 5 years. They were booked until July 2023, however Kelvin asked us if we could come in and they would access. He said they couldn't promise anything but would talk to the manager. We took it in on Tuesday they looked it over and fixed it for us asap. It wasn't a small job had to remove the whole bed to complete works. We were so impressed with the help we recieve.
