“Had dinner tonight, were very impressed right from the first starter Chole Tikki. Probably the best I have had in years. Also tried Malai Kofta and Dal Fry along with Veg Biryani. And yes, the service was as great as the food. Will definitely return.”

“Had dinner with friends Wednesday 15th March. There was about 8 of us. The owner made suggestions as to food we might like, or might be too hot for us, but we Aussies are a tough bunch, lol. The ordering was a little chaotic and the owner needs to get rid of post-it notes and get some proper notepads at least. It's not listed on any menus, but they do have soft drinks, some beers and basic red and white wine, although I noticed the white wine is not in the fridge, but stored on a shelf. If the owner reads this - you need to put white wine in the fridge so it's served COLD. There is no concept of entree, dinner, dessert etc, it all pretty much gets served up altogether, which is OK. The food was excellent and generous proportions. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and if you can overlook the chaotic feel of ordering, no alcohol list (you go and choose from the fridge) then you'll walk away happy, like we did. The restaurant is basic, but appeared to be clean. The owner also had no problem with us splitting the bill, but he gets a little confused, so just bide your time :) I kept track of my food cost on my mobile phone and ended up telling him what I owed. Authentic Nepalese. I will go back :)”

“Went here for lunch today. The owners suggested the lunch special that consisted of two curries of choice, saffron rice and naan bread. It was $7.50. Amazing value and enough for each of us. The curries were light and fresh. Fabulous food. Lovely owners. I eat a lot of Indian and very happy here. Most items on the menu were from $11 to $15 if that's what you prefer. Very clean restaurant too. Visited April 2022. Set lunch for $12.90. Excellent value with two mains, rice and bread. Really tasty chicken korma and chick pea curry. Plenty of food. Quick service.”

“I am always on the look out for authentic North Indian food and decided to give them a try based on their high rating. It’s not easy to deliver satisfaction with Indian food consistently so i was expecting the food will be good and I must say that the food was just brilliant. I ordered kebabs (must try), Tawa chicken and goat curry. I would say the taste comes closest to what you get in India and better than most Indian joints here in Adelaide. I hope they thrive and don’t cut corners like a lot of places do once they are successful. Definitely going back again.”

“We went for a Tuesday lunch. The vegetarian share plate was fabulous. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully. Both the beef curry and chicken korma were delicious. The food arrived quickly and servings were in the normal small brass bowls. Prices were pretty average of Indian restaurants - $17 for meat curries and $22 for seafood. Our bottle of wine was good value at $31 as bottle shops have it for $22. Will definitely be going back.”
