I had my own ideas of what I wanted and with Chris's help we worked on it to achieve an awesome space. I cannot fault the service, professionalism, quality and of course the price. Dealing with Chris was an absolute pleasure and he has continued to follow up and provide the very best customer service you could hope for. The installer was equally fantastic, providing a level of customer service you hope for when taking on a Reno like this. So friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for more. Personally for me the one and only thing letting them down is their stone supplier. I hope that they look to into this further because it is the only thing letting them down. The poor service provided by the stone supplier reflects poorly on U-Install It. My tip would be to cut ties.”

“In February 2019 I ordered two custom sized linen cupboards for my laundry. They were to be over 2m tall and just over 800 wide. The doors had to have a 5mm drop from the top as I wanted them to fit behind the existing ceiling cornice. I wanted them in a white high gloss finish with a grey kick board. Delivery was promised in 3 weeks. U Install it didn't fail to meet my expectations. The cupboards were delivered on time to my exact specifications. The quality is outstanding. I was able to install them myself and managed to install the infill panels after watching a you tube clip. The delivery guys took great care when delivering the cupboards. I would definately use them again. Thank you for a high quality product.”

“I ordered drawer inserts from their South Road outlet. These were like a small drawer set that went into an existing cupboard. All I had to do was to remove the existing shelves. I found their service was friendly and efficient and the quality of the shelves also fine. Not particularly cheap but you get what you pay for.”
