“Yesterday was my first time having my hair cut at Beyond Hair & Beauty. I was beyond impressed by the staff. I had my hair cut by Chelsea and she was knowledgeable, understanding, and happy to adapt when I changed my mind on my length halfway through the cut. The other staff were friendly, there was a positive atmosphere, and they were realistic about the average person and their capabilities. I couldn’t get over how kindly they spoke about a customer after they had left the store who had their hair colour correction finished partway through my cut.
