“I traveled from Clare to the Donato Centre on Humphries rd near Arndale Shopping Centre with my husband and our dog, Bono. While hubby was doing an exam there, I was feeling quite thirsty and was thinking if I was thirsty after the long drive so would Bono be. Not wanting to leave my car as Bono would freak if I left his sight to get us a drink, I pulled into the driveway and got myself a drink and I asked the attendant if he had some sort of container with some water so my Bono could have a drink too, and the lovely male attendant gave Bono a couple of shmackos and a drink of water in a cup as he had nothing else. Bono wasn't interested in the treats after such a long drive in the car, but lapped up the water. What a lovely, thoughtful young man who keeps shmackos for customers dogs. He went out of his way to find a way to get my dog some water and he deserves to be praised for his outstanding service. To him I say thank you and so does Bono, my American Staffy, and I must say that Bono smacked up those shmackos and enjoyed them as soon as we got home.”

“Visited store on Saturday - 11.03.2023 5 star for everything - went there to return faulty pump. I was told at the entrance and at the service desk that they will not be able to assist as I had no receipt. Store manager/ manager on duty said the same. I requested if I could speak with her directly as the purchase was done cash so I was not able to recall when I purchased this pump. After listening to me manager explained the policy but then decided to go an extra mile and searched all transactions for that item. Luckily she found one and assisted me to get a replacement. My son was really happy and so was I. I just wanted to say big thanks for an exceptional customer service. I understand the store policy and also understand that this may not occur all the time. But really happy with her efforts and obviously with the outcome. Keep up the good work. Thanks again”

“Excellent customer service. I was served by Peter, who I believe is the customer service manager at the store, on the express lane. It was around 5:30pm on a weekday, so the store was busy. Peter took the time to price match some items that I was buying in bulk to ensure that I paid the same price as they were being sold for at a competitor supermarket. He was helpful and efficient and smoothly organised service to keep the queue moving.”

“Located on the first floor inside of a busy major shopping centre! Has a large bakery and fruit and vegetable area, the aisles are easy to access and the shelves comprehensively stocked! Lots of self serve counters and registers, never had problems finding items and always has great reductions and clearances! Nice clean spacious supermarket!”

“We dropped in to get bread and cheese, on our way through. But ended up doing a full shop. Ofcourse we couldn't get everything we usually get on our list, as they didn't have certain items. Coles are quite expensive, and some of their stock was down, empty shelves, so we asked, after certain items, only to be told come back tomorrow, and there should be restocked shelves, but we don't live in that area, so going back there would be a 3 hour trip all up, from where we live. There are no photos, we don't go to the shop, or out to take photos of where we go. WHY?”

“I found Coles meat and vegetables fresher than Woolworth. Also most of the products are cheaper in coles. I bought this product for my niece $12. 260ml and in Woolworth was $20 for same bottle 260ml”

“Everything is placed together in brands. Easy to walk around and browse or go straight to the area which has the products you are looking for. I hate the checkout area, I dislike having to scan and pay for my own products. I feel I pay enough to have service, this is mainly the reason I don't go to Elizabeth very often, I mainly shop at Hollywood.”

However, the staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They eagerly searched the shelves and warehouse, and ultimately provided us with a rain check for the items we couldn't find.”
