“We came for a birthday and absolutely loved the food and the hospitality. The hospitality was exceptional, from the moment you walk in you’re greeted and treated warmly. It was a beautiful restaurant with wonderful colours and intricate patterns on their plates. Now to the food, we loved every bit from the beginning which was dips and fresh Turkish bread with incredibly yummy dips to the mains, which consisted of grilled meats and delicious grilled vegetables and rice to the beautiful baklava desserts. Everything was exceptional and we’d definitely be back. Thank you for having us.”

Although the Oyster Bar specializes in fresh oysters, they also offer a range of non-seafood options to cater to everyone's tastes. However, I highly recommend trying their all-time favorite Darley Fellas. The oysters are sourced from some of the best Oyster farms in Coffin Bay, situated in the heart of South Australia’s Oyster region on the Eyre Peninsula, just outside of Port Lincoln. The menu at the Oyster Bar is available all day, every day, and features an exciting range of dishes to suit everyone's preferences. The staff are well-trained and knowledgeable, and they can help you find the perfect wine to complement your meal. They also offer an impressive selection of craft beers. Don't miss out on their Oysters of the Month, and be sure to check out their weekday Happy Hour from 5 pm-6 pm, which offers discounted prices on Pints, House Wines, and Lemoncello Spritz. If you're a fan of oysters, make sure to visit the Oyster Bar on Wednesdays, where their whole oyster menu is discounted all day. “Went Wednesday (schnitzel night) with the family for dinner. Both had schnitzels which were very good, daughter had nuggets kids meal. All were a good size. Staff were friendly and had a good atmosphere. Would recommend. Good idea to make a booking as the place was pretty full.”

“Fantastic buffet options! Always very satisfied with the range, and quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good value for the price. Even though the venue was almost full, it wasn't too noisy. One thing I would do to improve the experience is some brighter lighting, was quite dim.”

“I only write reviews if the food is either very good or very bad, and I walked into this place with high hopes. They did not let me down. First impressions: 10/10 for two reasons. The excellent service and the fact that they told me they put chips in the yiros before I paid for it. Chips: 10/10 perfectly cooked and I mean it! They were perfectly crunch with fluffy insides and lightly salted. Yiros: 12/10 Excellent ratio of ingredients and a generous serving at that! This pita was the real deal, none of that cheap flat bread here. The meat was delicious and it had the perfect amount of tzatziki. If I wasn't barely saving room for dessert, I would've eaten the bloody wrapper too. Best yiros I've had in Adelaide so far!”

“Can't go wrong with this place. Fun and casual place to dine, offering great scotch fillets and entrees. The kids ofcourse love the curly fries as I'm sure most do. Great location and although I love the rustic interior design, it wouldn't hurt to do a bit of an upgrade. Service here has been consistent.”

“My friend and I went here twice in one week - once for coffee, and once for a late lunch . The coffee is good - they use Rio , but they have their own blend made for them . Very chocolaty/ caramel notes - I must admit that’s my favourite type . The afternoon visit we had the trip of dips and the warm bread - the pita was gluten free but it tasted like normal pita ( not like cardboard) and it was such a treat . They do happily cater to dietary restrictions ( in my experience), so just ask . For the late lunch , I had the special - which was the crispy pork belly with Adelaide hills apple cider , and an apple purée - the apples tasted sweet and tart - and a lovely radicchio salad , which had a lovely addition of orange segments and flakes almonds , which gave it an added texture. The pork crackle was perfectly crunchy by the meat was so juicy and sweet . My friend had the Angus porterhouse steak on a bed of marscapone mashed potatoes- she completed demolished it . Her only complaint was that there was no greens that she could order on the side , as it would have rounded out the meal . Water is delivered to the table , and the service is efficient and friendly . The restaurant has a lovely relaxed atmosphere - there is both indoor and outdoor seating and on the second time we went , they had opened up the glass doors to let the afternoon breeze inside . It is also open for dinner - so may have to make a return visit.”

“Really impressive service, I changed what I planned to order based on the advice of the knowledge server. Staff were able to ensure we had drinks when we needed them, no waiting around or trying to get people's attention which is great. The calm waters of the marina give this a really nice atmosphere compared to other high end steak places. The steaks were all really good, cooked as prescribed and accompanying sauces were full of flavour, I really wanted to savour every bite. The sides were nice and they were able to accommodate no garlic with the greens and pancetta. The potatoes were nice although sostas potatoes are still leagues ahead. The complementary ciabatta and tiny cannoli at the end were very cute and nice. Cocktails after were well made. Beautiful foam on the espresso martini which too often people over shake. If I come here again (100% I will) I would get two sides not 3, a bit too much for my liking. The menu doesn't describe the side dishes which made me ask the service staff who again, were knowledge and helpful however the chopped salad has radish which I really didn't care for however rather than a fault of the restaurant this is more likely person preference (a description could help avoid this issue occuring) While this place is expensive you're paying good money for high quality food and is worth the cost. Surely a memorable night and somewhere I'll go for special occasions.”

“Pre-Booked for an Anniversary celebration. Staff was very friendly and always around and helpful, even with a relatively packed venue. Would definitely recommend their Pork Belly with Scallops. Was very crispy and they manage to pull off an Asian style sauce and vegetables. Food: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 Price: 8/10 (note service charge for card payments)”

“Had a 10 course banquet via scorpion. Shared with a couple who have spent a lot of time in Japan. We all really enjoyed the food - there were good sized servings and we couldn't have eaten more by the end of the banquet. Service was great without hovering. Plenty of time offered between courses. A great night.”
