“I went to Norwood Saturday morning as a walk in and the person doing the X-rays was also working on the desk so credit for his multi-tasking. He advised there was a bit of wait but I was in and X-rays done within an hour which I thought is a good turnaround. I received a text the next day to say the results are now with the GP ! “As always, I was extremely impressed with the customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the staff at MediPedi. At this particular appointment, I had a level of anxiety about the progression of the fungus on my two large toenails. I appreciated the podiatrist's prognosis on the current state of my nails and his advice on how I am to care for my feet. The podiatrist provided full advice on treatment options, including their limitations. I am visiting SA from Darwin and will be following up laser treatment when I return. I’ve now been seeing her for a year, and so glad I found her and the practice. The reception staff know the regular patients by name and are very kind. The quality of care provided by Dr Mencel is second to none. She takes time to listen, is very thorough and you never feel rushed. She is highly knowledgeable in her care for me and my baby. My infant son was also immunised by a nurse here and she was fantastic. The 1 star reviews for this practice seem very at odds with my experiences and those of my friends and family.”
