Initially I thought I might be too small for AAB to deal with me but I was wrong. Michael Edwards , Jordan Shenolikar, Lynsey Taylor, Alex Graham were all very knowledgeable, helpful and absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks to their due diligence I have save hundreds of pounds. There were times when I was very emotional and could't focus to see beyond overwhelming difficulties but Michael and his colleagues were very compassionate, understanding and supportive. I was alone as a business person but never alone in the purchase process. They knew where to ask if unsure about any issue. The price structure was clear, we've had some obstacles in communication but their communication skills are as good as mine :) so they have won me over. Thanks a lot! In all honestly I did not want to move to Xero but now I would not have anything else, I can do everything and more with this package. I also have Pay Scot which saves so much time for me with the integrated rostering/clocking in/timesheet and pay runs. The automatic transfer of data between Pay Scot and Xero is a "god send" no more double entry!! I have saved so much time and effort that I have been able to pursue other areas of the business, such as tighter stock control - which Xero helps with.
