“Huge thanks to the team at Union Motors. Really came through for me in an hour of need. Whilst down on a short holiday in the area the rear suspension spring broke on my A4. This was on Friday afternoon just after 4pm. We were due to return home to Shetland on the Sunday ferry, which meant trying to source a repair on the Saturday. Calling around a list of garages including main dealer and the garage the car was purchased from the previous year I could not find any that would be open on the Saturday and willing to do the work. When I explained the situation to the team at Union Motors, they sourced the part on the Friday evening and managed to fit me in on the Saturday. The repair was conducted in a quick efficient manner and the cost was very reasonable. Inexpensive part and 1hour labour. This enabled us to safely return home. Huge thanks to them for going above and beyond. So grateful, wish them all the best for the future, highly recommended.”

“Called up with issues on my brakes and got it fixed within the day. Also had an exhaust problem that they peaked at and then quoted for the part. As silly as it sounds, they actually phoned me back when they said they would. I’ve never found a garage in Aberdeen that have done that, not even some big name places! Car booked in again for the following week and exhaust fixed. Great customer service, calls to update and prices are all clearly given out and noted individually on the invoice (again, not something I’ve always had!). Would definitely recommend!”
