"5 star shout to Richard at the 5th 3rd bank on Montgomery rd.. ( did not get his last name, sorry ) long story short, drove down from Columbus to purchase a car from the Audi Connection. Needed a money order to purchase the vehicle, walked in to the Bank at 11:55 am on a Saturday, and they close at noon on Saturday's btw.. and Richard acted as no problem, very professional, engaging, and just a great customer interaction.. I was out there by 10 after noon and on my way to purchase a car.. Appreciative shout out to Richard for his help. Love 5th / 3rd.. happy customer....."
"Buyer beware…. Fifth Third does not monitor your debit card for fraud like other banks do. Someone stole my debit card number and Fifth Third only covered me for some of the loss, not all of it. Other banks do better in this space. I closed my account and took my business elsewhere."
"Been a customer here for years. Staff always friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit trying with the drive thru on the back and tiny tight lot in front. No side lots due to lot size restriction. Always been in n out really fast, so efficient operation here. Was back in the other day and needed some advanced banking done. There was some confusion at first, but Brooke took on the project and handled it like a pro. Found out she'd only been there a month, and was impressed with her ability to step up and get it done."
