"My daughter deposited money into your ATM and after it took the money the machine read deposit denied. The bank said they had no access and she would need to call a number. She is being told 10 business before they would have a answer. We’re talking a large amount of money, it’s shocking to me a machine that has a camera, it would take 10 business days before someone can come out and verify. I always assumed US Bank was top tier company but they DON’T care about their customers. I’m shocked at the terrible customer service, you would think they could get someone to verify that machine the next day. Think twice about using this location or maybe using US Bank as your banker."
"Matt Thomas who I assume is the manager wouldn’t cash my check for some reason even as a US Bank member when another US Bank location made the transaction friendly and fast. When I went back to his branch to deposit money he couldn’t provide me with an accurate response to why he couldn’t cash my check and why I had to go to another branch. His actions alone has led me to look for options to take my banking business elsewhere."
