"Great friendly service, especially from Rene McClain and Thomas!"

"The manager(or whatever she is) Renee McClain is rude. You try to explain your situation and she cuts you off in a condescending tone and speaks as if you’re getting on her nerves. I see why they only have a 2 star review. Kabir Patel was very helpful though!"

"The Montgomery manager thinks so highly of himself- yet he won't get a notary or do notaries for his local customers. He wastes my time every time I talk to him- Blue Ash used to be decent- then became super weird - I hope my contacting the main location in North Carolina or wherever woke them up to the awful service in our community- and got us some better help!"

"Worst banking experience I've ever dealt with! This was my secondary bank account. Years ago I had my account overdrawn. I was led to believe that made changes so my account could no longer be overdrawn. Without sufficient funds, all transactions would be denied. Fast forward to a few years later. My account gets overdrawn and I get charged fees. I accept that I wasnt paying enough attention, but I'm upset that payments were not declined and they allowed me to overdraft. I pay the penalty and close the account. Bank teller says I no longer have a balance and im all closed out. I hadnt realized that I had an automated gym payment linked to this account. What's it matter though? The account is inactive right? Wrong! Wesbanco starts sending me messages in the mail about my account being at a negative balance. I figure it's a mistake seeing as though the account is closed.. until I keep getting letters. Come to find out they allowed a payment to go through and re open my inactive account. Bank teller gave me no heads up that this was even a possibility. I was unable to close out my gym membership due to the pandemic and them being closed down. Wesbanco advised me to wait to re close my account until I'm able to change my payment information or cancel my gym membership. So that's what I do. I go to wesbanco to pay off my balance. They tell me theres no balance and the account is closed...? I'm confused by this and the teller is clueless. Today (about 3 months later) I receive a text message from a debt agency about my wesbanco balance penalties and all. I do not suggest this bank at all"

"I emailed these guys about a fee. After they gave me the run around for over week they responded by sending an email with our checking account number as the subject line. great security practices. Basically if you complain about them taking a little of your money they try to make it so anyone with a laptop can steal all your money. Here's an update. Since posting this review and having a very heated discussion with one of this banks VP's he decided to harass my wife. I have had customers threaten to shoot over returning whey protein, but I always realized that people are very prickly when it comes to their and didn't take it personally. Apparently this guy did take it personally and wants two to escalate the situation. He sent an email to my wife, who has nothing to do with this business disagreement, that was filled with bizarre accusations about her character and some thinly veiled threats about how he could mess with our financial situation. His named is Joseph A. Kronenberger. Joe I didn't involve your or any of your employees families how dare you involve mine in our, as in you and me, business disagreement."
