"I have been banking with Huntington Bank since I moved back to Cincinnati in 2005. There's a lot to like -- I like their online banking, their app + mobile deposits, and their staff (shout out to Branch Manager Theresa!). If you need a bank and not a credit union, I can fully recommend Huntington Bank."

"You call the local branch (Sharonville) - they dont take phone calls. Referred to an 800# with a call back 29-32 minutes. If I have a local bank and cannot get a customer service rep, I might as well use another online bank that provides better customer service and higher rates (Capital One). So I am seriously considering moving ALL my money."

"Not too impressed with this bank. I was in the area and had a check written off this bank so I stopped in to cash it; they made me come inside (couldn’t do it through drive through). My drivers license was also not enough for them they had to have two forms of ID, then they charged me $10 to cash a check. I guess I should have passed it through my own bank but most banks don’t charge you when it’s written off that bank! I don’t think I will be doing business here."

"I came for notary services. To my surprise they did not ask me if I have an account with them and did I not try to force me open credit card. Huntington is always a unique experience."

"The bank with no cash. Each month pull money from our account for our cash for the month. Each month they never have enough $100's or $50's to cover what we need. I have to call to see if they have it first and then make other plans if they don't. Today they only had 2 -100's and ZERO - $50's in the entire bank! What is going on?!?!?!"
