"Got on the app today and found my account was closed without my knowledge or consent. Called and they said I didn’t verify my business which made zero sense. Then the lady called me back and said I didn’t submit verification of my address for my second chance account. Funny thing is I brought in exactly what they asked for and they said it worked. Fast forward two months later which is today and come to find out I was misinformed so now because of that I have to go back and open a new account with the correct verification. How is that fair? I knew this bank was going to be trouble the next day when I brought the mail they asked to bring and the lady that went into my account said I was negative after just opening the account and paying for the debit card. They “had to look into it to figure out why and fix it”. Did every single thing they asked me to do yet here we are. Wouldn’t recommend."
"This bank usually opens late and closes early. I have also heard very snide comments from one of the Tellers towards a Customer that was just asking why where they so late to open? I thought that the reply was totally uncalled for and could have escalated to a serious argument. But the Patron maintained his composure and told the Tellers that he Hope's hos day gets better so that he can talk to the rest of his customers with decency and respect."
"Great bank, ive been with them since 2013, not many locations but a decent bank. Always made things right when somebody hacked my card and spent all my money, fixed it real quick! Friendly staff that work as fast as possible to make your wait time minimal."
