"Kyle is Lazy and shouldn’t work there if he doesn’t like his job. Me and my mother came in at 11 on saturday and was told we were too late to come in to create an account because they close at noon. My mother has been banking with key bank for years and it definitely doesn’t take any where near an hour to create a bank account. Please find better staff."
