"Slowest bank ever to withdrawal money from. Arrived at 2:20 only me and another vehicle in line they left they took my slip and ID and there was only one other person in the bank and I didn’t get my money until 2:40. Misplaced my but hate seeing the tellers"

"I can definitely understand why this branch is rated 2 stars. Tracy was absolutely awful to deal with. She refused to take my government issued temporary paper ID because it was issued more than 10 days ago. I felt like she just didn’t want to help at all. I asked to see the policy where my government issued paper ID was not an acceptable form, and she said “it’s not written anywhere”. She finally “made an exception” when I asked for the branch manager. I asked for large bills, and issued me $50s and $20s because she “doesn’t carry large bills here”. Sighed at me and rolled her eyes when I made her count the cash for me and gave me a hard time about wanting a money envelope for it all. I asked her for a transaction receipt and she refused to give one to me. Finally spoke with David, the branch manager, who was a delight to talk to and did inform me that none of that should have happened. I will only work with David now."

"The manager David is outgoing and professional. He is always willing to ensure the customer experience is a good one. The Banker Amber is professional and very good at her job. Her follow through is great. The tellers are always friendly and prompt especially through the drive thru."

"Ive switched banks so many times due to moving so much but I thought Huntington was it....ITS NOT! Im so over them. There was this one guy in there, I wish I knew his name but he looked miserable in there but he was the nicest one out of all of them. ( White guy short hair) But now I get all these back and forth with oh today we can cash your check then it's today we can't cash your check. There's nothing ever set in stone here and it's annoying. And don't get me started on the ATM. I've had 2 previous banks (due to moving) and never have I ever had so many issues with the ATM. I work from 7am to 11pm ( i own a daycare) so I can't make it to the bank during daytime hours so the ATM is my go to. I've had to file so many complaints because the ATM is either offline, or not accepting deposits or I can't take money out. Majority of the time it's not functioning properly. This branch or maybe bank needs a redo. Over it!! Oh and now they have changed their Saturday hours to shorter days. Don't know why but driving by i still see alot of people confused as to why they are closed at 12 on Saturday."
