"Wish I could give negative points to this whole organization. They kick every member out of the app and then to get back in you need info from the website?! Then when I call to get it I’m on hold for a full 2 hours!!! And they can see how long you’ve been on the phone on hold but the lady wasn’t even friendly. Just terrible service all together."

"Never get an auto loan through them if you plan on paying it off early because they won’t be in any hurry to get you your lien release. I’ve had to push my buyer off over 2 weeks waiting on a lien release. I’ve never had this issue with any other auto loan."
