"This branch itself is fine but keybank’s lost/stolen/card replacement department is worthless and nothing but a bunch of incompetent liars. I’ve been waiting on a replacement debit card for over two weeks they said it was mailed out the day after I called to replace it. Two n a half weeks later they email me saying it shipped that day and to expect it delivered in 3-5 more days. Is this the dark ages where the local branch can’t replace a debit card on site. Seriously KeyBank is awful if you need something not covered by the local branch."
"Every time I try the drive thru at this location it takes at least 20 minutes for a simple deposit transaction. This is my 4th time through and and I have never had a good experience here. The Western Hills and Downtown Cincinnati branches are amazing, this one is awful."
