"I am new with this bank. I have only been with them 8 months now. I have had a positive relationship with the bankers Holly and Patrick. I have had good tellers but one. Since I have only had an issue with one teller, I do the math and only take it down one star. No since of throwing out the baby with the bath water! I did talk to the head person over this so they can take care of it. If it becomes an ongoing issue I am going back to Chase which treated me like a queen. Holly does go out of her way to help. I am sticking around a while. Please don't let me down."

"I would have given this branch five stars because I’ve never had a problem until today. I came in and tried to explain to the teller, Erica H., what I needed and she rolled her eyes, raised her voice and said “you’re just making this harder on yourself” and continued to mumble under her breath. When I asked her to sign the document she rolled her eyes again. I’ll continue to use this branch but I’ll make sure I’m never helped by her again. The tellers Hope and Bri are great."
