"The ladies at the front desk were great. I needed a car hauler to tow my vehicle home that broke down while I was visiting family in Kentucky. I reached out to them at 4:25, they were 25 minutes away from my location and they closed at 5. They were happy to stay to let me come get the rental, even offering to start the checkout process over the phone while we were heading there. The computer system had some hiccups and the paperwork process took some time. But they had great attitudes about it and didn't seem upset by the extra time it was taking to get us taken care of. The trailer was in good shape, with all safety equipment and towed wonderfully. I'm sorry, but I only caught the one ladies name; so thank you Tammy and to the other woman there that evening that had the end of day "sillys" to keep the experience light. I was stressing out about fixing my vehicle and you kept this interaction stress free so that I didn't have anything more to worry about. Thank you both so much, I appreciate everything you did to make my day a little smoother."
