"I’ve tried to call staff and make appointments, or get help, or refills on medications/ notes for anxiety he has treated me for for over a year now for anxiety as well as many other issues. None of my calls have been returned half the time they are not even answered I was promised a return call on the day I finally got someone to answer by the end of the day and I got nothing and have sense had to look for a new physician and start all over with someone new. Dr short is an amazing doctor very knowledgeable. However his staff he has filled his building with seems to be petty to my understanding now my family member worked for him and quit. This is why I can no longer get quality treatment any longer. I feel as if I could reach dr short directly then I could receive treatment however I do not think my calls are even being brought to his attention or my orders being put in. He himself is amazing. However he could use all new staff. Really wish I could have continued seeing him. Sad an action made by someone other than me affected my care as well as their ability to provide the same services for me. I have insurance and was never dismissed as a patient as well. As I should have been had they no longer wanted me as one. Sad day, I grew very attached to this amazing medical provider."

"I have 2 degenrated disks in my neck arthritis in my back, neck, and spine. Dr. Short sent me for x rays and radiologist even said after looking at them, " no wonder your in pain". I asked if he could giive me something, anything to relieve the pain and he said no. Then had his nurse call me later and told me not to come back and to find another doctor. This coming from a dr. who did nothing but talk about the bourbon he drinks. I'm guessing he's been in trouble with police before and they're watching him so he won't help anyone who really needs it. He shouldn't even be a doctor."

"This guy is an all around good person. Most Dr’s are in & out of the room like their pants are on fire but this guy actually takes the time to get to know you & understand your needs & worries. Highly impressive staff & quick wait times. Thank you Dr.Short!!"

"Well after he was arrested for DUI a few weeks ago...& we have sincr found out that thisnwasnt the first time...my family has decided to change doctors, however we can't find a doctor to take my 81 year old grandmother because of the insane amount of narcotics he has her on. She actually had a mild heart attack 2 days ago & since no other doctor will touch her the case manager called Dr. Short to get her some medicine until she can find someone to follow up with and he told the case manager he would no longer do anything for my grandmother and she could find a new doctor. Even the case manager was livid! But she can't because of the mess he has her in! He's an absolute disgrace!"
