"This place is a rip off, I put my things in there in July, I contacted them when I put the lock on it was removed and everything was stolen, so I changed the lock, but before I did that I asked to go in and look around, but noone would come over and let me in. So I still made my payment on time, and when I got my things out my kitchen table and bed were gone. They refuse to give me a refund, and it's been like pulling teeth to get my my deposit back."

"Awful service, never been more dissatisfied in my life!!!! Was told I could get in my unit at anytime wrong!! Made 3 trips in one day to a locked gate that they have the key to!! Every time I called they said it's unlocked for u!! Nope!!! And if you are 4 days past due date your unit is locked up!! Was told after 7 to 10 it would be locked!! We live payday to payday as do most. So we pay when we get paid. So it was on the 4 day witch was pay day i ran by my unit, well big red lock on it.. had to pay extra to get it off. Bad bad"
