"Like others have said, they deliver *repeatedly* to the wrong address (in this case, somewhere in another town!). Say they'll look into it and get back to you but then don't. I've contacted everyone I shop with regularly to get them to block this shipper from receiving anything I order because I know I'll never see the package."

"I had a review written about my husband and I below. I wasn't going to respond to the nonsense but decided too anyway. Mainly because Ontrac is branded as a bad company. Which they aren't! We are under new management, and they are doing an amazing job turning things around. It wouldn't let me post very much or respond to Gina's post. Please see attached picture. Also, Michael Justice thank you for your kind words. Flatwoods is our area. I'm so glad we were able to get your package to you in a timely manner. Have a great day sir."

"They hired my boyfriend. He worked three weeks. Seven days a week including on thanksgiving. He was told at the end of each persons route they were to call and check with other drivers to see if they need help. He was left out to work till 10:30 that night while everybody else got to eat dinner with their families. He had two days off in those three weeks. He found another company/contractor that paid a lot more. He told his contractor he would finish out with him and he would like to take the other job to support his daughter. The next day his boss RD AND LOUS gave somebody else his route. Then would not let him out of contract for two weeks leaving him with out a pay check the two weeks before Christmas. Then they told every contractor there not to hire him. Also have tried getting him banned from the warehouse. How can a place condone letting people be this HEARTLESS AND COLD. As hard as he worked and just wanted to better his self. Also I quit my job to help them out to. I turned it all my paper work and come to find out they lost my drug test paper. The same day they took his route is the same day they denied me from working. So thanks lasership for having such a good staff that willing took a job away from a hard working FATHER but you also ruined CHRISTMAS FOR A 18 MONTH OLD BABY GIRL A CHILD!!"

"The worst delivery service. I bought over $200 worth of product and about 50% of it was ruined. Please look at the fine print if it says (delivery by lasership) choose a different place to shop. You don’t get everything you order “it gets lost in the mail”. It’s completely unprofessional. I can bet you that some of the problem are the staff . But the problem always starts higher up. Somebody needs to learn poor leadership = poor employees."

"Delivery was delayed because driver made no effort to find the correct address. Customer service is automated so if you don’t have a predetermined option to discuss, they won’t help. With the last failed delivery, the seller was called, sent a duplicate item and it and the original arrived the same day via the same driver. How do they get reputable sellers to use this service?!"
