"I've been a member with this bank since I've been 18 years old and now I'm in my 40's. This bank is an absolute joke now! Crawford and Town Boulevard location are horrible and ran down. You can't just go in and talk to anyone anymore. Everything is done by appointment. Employees are uneducated and rude. Time to find a better bank...✌️"
"They gave me the wrong account number. So when I signed up for ebay I actually put in the wrong account number and was unable to obtain my payouts from selling on ebay. Because of this I was unable to correct the detail and instead got a suspended account because of too many attempts at trying to change the bank details. I have effectively lost $501 because of this bank."
