"This is the saddest funeral home I have ever been to. My brother Roger Hampton had the misfortune of having his funeral there. They were very disrespectful and very unorganized. They lied to us about not having my brothers belongings from the Atrium Hospital. They blamed everyone else. Come to find out, they had them all along. We never once saw John Herr until the service was over. The funeral home was dirty and full of flys. Imagine viewing my brother and seeing Flys on his face. I wouldn't send a pet to there funeral home. I wish I could give them a negative rating on here. I will give them a negative rating to whoever asks me about there services. Rodney Hampton"

"if i could give i minus review i would. my grandfather has been gone since December 20th 2023 and they still have him there and they were very rude to my mother and they should be shut down for the stuff they have made my mom and dad go through with all the stress they have given my parents and even told my mom so many rude things if I'm honest they need to shut down at this point and warning for others don't trust Herr Riggs. The lady Luis is such a sweetheart though."

"If i could give it a negative number i would. Very disappointed, makeup on our loved was was horrible her hair didn't looked like it was combed. Apparently they showed up to the graveside 30 minutes late, not to mention the graveside wasn't even ready. Never recommend them to anyone !!!!!"

"I wish I could give this company zero stars. From my personal experience, they were extremely disrespectful, unorganized. We were rushed around like we were a herd of sheep. The day of the burial, they didn’t have the site set up. They showed up a half hour late with the body and they forgot the vault. It was drizzling outside. They didn’t have any tents or seats set up. We had to stand back and watch them put our loved one in the vault, load her onto a machine to be transferred to her grave. I never seen anything like this in my life. When they took the chains the vault, the deceased father started speaking his final words, and the worker interrupted him saying he needed to hurry up. I never in my life have ever experienced so much disrespect from a funeral home. What happened here in this review was not all that was endured. A family should not have to suffer more than they already are during such critical time. There wasn’t even I am sorry we forgot to do this, or I am sorry I forgot to do that. No accountability what so ever! We didn’t even get to properly grieve because we were so angry and in shock from disbelief of what we were dealing with from funeral home directors."
