Think assisted stretching meets massage. By the end you are in this space of ultimate relaxation and meditation where you’re not quite awake but not asleep either. Her knowledge of the body and body mechanics is top notch. She’s able to identity where you are tight and follow that to the origin to work out muscle tightness. I can’t recommend her Thai yoga massage enough!! Treat yourself or treat a loved one!"
