"Greatn staff(with the exception of marketing), but they have to be one of the tightest casinos in the entire United States. Seriously! They want you to spend $250K every 6 months for black card status, and their perks and free play are ridiculous to almost nothing. I prefer a casino that values me as a customer regardless of my card status. Winning here, and I seriously mean winning anything is not a reality. You can dump hundreds into their greedy and hungry machines with net negative playback. Food comps are also something Churchill Downs has no clue about. Churchill just doesn't have a clue how to treat their customers. I highly doubt the longevity of Newport Racing. Spend your money where you have better odds and are valued as a customer. Hard Rock, Hollywood, and Rising Sun do a far better job of valuing their customers."

"If you are new, you get 100$ free play. I won $400 using the free play. We go all the time now. There are only slot machines which is OK, but I wish they had some card games. They give you free fountain drinks while you are there aswell."

"The NAACP Dr.MLK luncheon was well organized. The young adult servers were polite and professional. The buffet style entrees were hot and replenished timely. It was an overall excellent event."
