"Tried to open a checking account for my 17yr old son, lady at the counter told me I would have to make an appointment, and there werent any available until the middle of the next week. Not a friendly place. Left and called Englewood branch, went in the next morning with my son and opened an account, what a difference in branches, and people."
"I’ve only banked with this bank for a few months, just turned 18. To say the least this bank is not the one for a first timer bank holder. Unexpected fees around every corner, and “Brooke” who answers the phone needs retraining in customer service. She is very rude to someone who is new to the whole banking situation. I have called several times with the same questions, no help."
