"I didn’t even get a couple words out before the lady at the counter started rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up. I have a stutter (not that it should matter because everyone should be treated with respect regardless) and sometimes it takes me a second to get the words out, but every time I’d try to talk she’d huff and throw her arms up again barking demands. I can’t tell you what the name and address are when you keep cutting me off and won’t let me get the words out. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like a nuisance when all I did was walk into the building and try to talk to someone. And then to sit there and laugh about me with other customers in line is so disrespectful, I don’t even have the words to comment about that. I don’t see myself coming back to this one."

"Never answer the phone. Shame on those workers. Some people are not able to get to the post office due to disability and calls may be the only way to contact them"

"I live out a county road in the country. Our mail carrier just used our road as a race track flying up and down the road. There are signs up and down the road stating "slow, children playing". This is not a drag strip."

"Our driver either leaves our packages at the wrong house or opens our gate with our dog and puts it with the dog! That is a risk of letting our dog out and I feel that should never happen! Our house is to itself and there is absolutely no reason to open the gate and risk our dog getting out! Not to mention the dog is only 1 and likes to chew."

"They're lazy and rude, I live beside the Post Office and they won't give me my package or deliver it, I've called and called can't get ahold of someone and they said I requested it to be held when I didn't even call and speak to someone. They won't even bring it to my mailbox and left past packages on the bottom steps of our apartment complex and almost had them get stolen. There's only 1 worker there whose delivered a package to my door or mailbox correctly. If amazon can deliver my packages right then so can they. Do better."
