"Friendly, clean and local. I live in West Milton and this place is excellent for being a small town. The gym has 4 treadmills, 2 row machines, a couple bikes, 2 elliptical. All the machines are plate loaded except for a handful of changeable resistance ones. If you live nearby and drive into tipp or troy to exercise, you are a dang fool:)"
