"We had a down spouts put in which were not put in deep enough. Our fence drain was planned by an engineer and the workers did not follow the plan. The sloping of the drain was not deep enough and the piping had no mesh around it and they did not put enough rocks around drain. The drain was to be connected to the storm drain as per Butler County and they failed the inspection. They never check to see if there workers are performing the job correctly."
