"Lived here for 8 months now . Don’t bother moving here if you have a car , You can’t park it anywhere, They will tow your car with no warning, no tickets . There is no signs to where we can and cannot park, so you have to guess what’s safe or not . They tow whenever they feel like it , some days are safe to park and some days are not . Parking is horrible because they put so many trailers in , that nobody can park anywhere. The Homes are good, Very clean , I live in a newer one . I thought it was safe until There was a shooting over here recently on 7/21/24 . Nobody talks about it , Bullet went through someone’s home."

"Even Mike Wazowski hates this place. These people are towing cars (the same cars) multiple times and for no reason. Now they are taking pictures of peoples plants and other things that are in their own yard just to take it all away. This place is not recommended, managers have changed."

"I lived here. I've had zero issues with this place. The only complaint is that kids are always playing in the streets. But try see it as, better to play tag than actual gang activity. They can get a bit loud is all. Great Property Manager."
