"Unlike most other courts, this court seems intent on making contesting traffic violations inaccessible by offering no option for virtual appearances and no communication with the DA, forcing individuals to travel from far away to an in person appearance and pre-trial hearings in order to contest a simple traffic violation. Essentially, traffic stops seem to target out-of-staters in order to bring in revenue for the county, and the court makes it inaccessible for anyone to have any due process."
